service/satisfaction.

As Meetings and Marketing Director, Julianne is responsible for internal
and external marketing, project management, domestic and international
conference/convention management, sales training and development, new
service/product development, training (sales and event staffs), event
budgeting and coordination, fundraising development, corporate sponsorship and trade show
marketing, desk-top publishing, database development and management,
systems development, customer service/satisfaction. Julianne has her Bachelor's degree in
Public Administration, a Master's degree in Business Administration and certification in
meeting management (CMM)
and meeting planning (CMP).

Alan brings 10 years project management experience from Cisco Systems,
the leading supplier of networking equipment & network management for
the Internet. His organizational and project management skills are an
enormous benefit to all our clients. Alan's systems orientation is in
alignment with our corporate philosophy of high quality and consistent
delivery of high level service. Alan has an excellent relationship

successful results. Jessica has over 10 years of experience in
non-profit organization management, project management and event
planning. A firm believer in collaboration, she enjoys fostering
relationships and leading teams to accomplish their goals. Jessica
holds a master's in public health from San Francisco State University.

satisfaction. Kristie's exceptional organizational skills not only

Heather is responsible for membership for 2000+ individual, school and
affiliate members of CADA, as well as handling the registration for the
state's annual convention. She works with the association's sponsors and
affiliate members to help promote their services throughout the teacher
based membership. Her prior background with a tour operator in the travel
industry gave her immense business management, marketing and customer service
skills. She strives to improve and streamline all work processes so as to
keep all avenues of the association running smoothly.

Stephanie Munoz
Registration and Trade Show Sales Manager

A recent graduate of San Jose State, Stephanie holds a business
degree with an emphasis in marketing. She monitors on-line
registration systems and accurate event status reporting to clients.
Stephanie's main duties include exhibit and sponsorship sales for all
client trade shows, an area where that she particular excels.
Trade shows are sold out months in advance with Stephanie at the
helm and her exuberant personality makes every attendee and exhibitor
feel like they are her one and only concern.

Sonja Daly
Accounting Manager
Professional
Originally from Switzerland and now considered a local in Santa Cruz
after living in the area for over 20 years,
Sonja holds a degree in Philosophy from UC Santa Cruz. She
switched gears into accounting and bookkeeping after landing a
job as an Executive Administrator at a large financial firm.
During her tenure, she gained extensive accounting experience and
never looked back. As she puts it, she enjoys looking at numbers
like a Swiss banker. She is an expert at tracking and creating
systems for complex accounting processes and currently works
directly with the treasurer and Executive Director of each of
BTF's clients.
